Sending a New Invoice

ATutor allows you to email invoices to students to request payments for sessions.

  1. Navigate to “Invoices” from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click on the green “Send New Invoice” button.
  3. Select an existing student from the dropdown.
  4. Click on the ”+ Add Item” button to add an invoice item. You can add as many items as you wish.
  5. For each item, provide name, date, and amount in US dollars (Additional notes field is optional).
  6. Finally, click on the “Send” button to create a new invoice and send it to the student.
